An Intuitive Foundation
For Sally, a deep connection to energy has been a lifelong, quiet awareness that has guided both her personal and professional paths. In 2020, she formalised this intuitive gift by becoming a Reiki Master, an achievement followed in 2022 by her certification as a Traditional Yoga Teacher. These milestones served to deepen her understanding of the profound connection between the mind and the body.
Healing Through Sound and Vibration
Through her personal journey, Sally discovered the powerful role of sound and vibration in the healing process. While meditation opened the door to sound healing techniques, it was during her yoga training that she truly found her voice through the practice of singing mantras. She has experienced firsthand the profound impact that sound, intention, and the spoken word can have in creating spaces for healing, grounding, and inner stillness.
A Holistic and Compassionate Approach
Alongside her energy work, Sally has studied mental health and completed a range of complementary courses, all of which shape her holistic approach. At the heart of her work is a simple and genuine purpose: to help people reconnect with themselves, feel grounded, and find calm within the noise of everyday life.
Expanding the Circle: White Feather Soul
With a background in co-running a successful NDIS business, Sally has a proven history of supporting individuals with care and compassion. She is now called to expand this work beyond those boundaries, creating inclusive healing spaces for the wider community.
Through White Feather Soul, in collaboration with Gypsy Sue Art, she offers nurturing sessions that combine guided meditation, intuitive art, and sound healing. These experiences are carefully designed to gently ground the body, quiet the mind, and allow each person to reconnect with their own inner wisdom in a safe and supportive environment.
The Origin: A Foundation of Art
My relationship with art didn’t begin in a classroom; it began at the dining table. I remember the quiet focus of my mother’s hands as she transformed simple fondant into delicate, lifelike flowers. Watching those wedding cakes take shape was my first lesson in the magic of transformation. It taught me that with patience and a little imagination, raw materials could become something extraordinary.
The Evolution: From Student to Artist
That childhood spark was fanned into a flame during my teenage years. I was fortunate enough to have an art teacher who treated the studio like a laboratory of “endless possibilities.” I learned that creativity isn’t a single path, but a landscape of textures:
The tactile earthiness of clay.
The translucent brilliance of glass.
The layered stories told through mixed media and paint.
This exploration led me through study and eventually into the professional world. Whether I was managing a busy market stall, running a home-based business, or preparing for an exhibition, my work has always been about intuition. I don’t just paint or sculpt; I listen to the materials and let the piece find its own voice.
Today, my greatest masterpiece isn’t a physical object—it’s the look of breakthrough on a student’s face. In my workshops, I transition from creator to guide.
